WinPay Deluxe Functionality

Up to 50 deductions and 31 earnings classifications make detailed reporting a snap. Unlimited direct deposit (either partial or full) is available and simple to set up.

Paymaster can put all payroll reports, to include quarterly reports, year end W2s, and employee ledgers on CD-ROM in PDF format.

Paymaster has over 300 special payroll reports and download formats available including an interface to Crystal Report Writer and Microsoft Excel. Our WinPay users can create their own ad-hoc reports and import them directly into Excel.

Our WinPay Deluxe payroll system allows you to view or print a payroll preview report before your actual payroll is processed.

Paymaster offers a wide range of payroll input options such as fax, telephone, Online/Internet, or automatic.

If you have chosen our Online input option, you can inquire into your payroll files, obtain paycheck tax calculations, check into employee histories spanning over multiple years and much more. This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Checks can be printed for various 'garnishors' (example: Clerk of Family Court, Internal Revenue, etc.) for employees who have been ordered by the courts to make payments regularly.

Paymaster offers electronic filing of New/Rehire employees to keep you in compliance with this new requirement.
